Don’t make an offer on a property until you do this! Ask questions!! Find out the sellers situation and tailor your offer to meet their needs and top objectives. I have won so many deals in the past paying a lower price but I offered what the seller ‘really’ wanted. Things like given them time to get out, paying for moving expenses, giving them cash by passing through some deposit, even promising not to tear it down due to sentimental reasons. And don’t forget to listen when you ask the questions.
